Class Acts

The following are classes and workshops offered in the Fairfax area: Teen theater workshop: The Reston Community Players are offering a two-part, 16-session Teen Ensemble Workshop for 12- to 15-year-olds. The workshops, instructed by Haley Murphy and Heide Zufall, are Saturdays, Nov. 8-March 28, with Ensemble Class 9:30-11:30 a.m. and Ensemble Production 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

The workshops will be held at the RCP Scene Shop and Lindsay C. Petersen Rehearsal Hall, 266 Sunset Park Drive, Herndon.

The Ensemble Class and Ensemble Production can be taken together or separately. The original production will tell the story of teen life today. The 16-week commitment will culminate in a series of performances. Cost is $400 for class only, $800 for class and production.

No classes will be held Nov. 29, Dec. 27, Jan. 3, Jan. 24 or Feb. 14.
