Police arrest Loudoun man for cocaine possession

Fairfax Police have arrested a South Riding resident for possessing "a large amount" of cocaine.

According to court records, Enrique Castro of Jubilee Street in South Riding was arrested November 6 after police set up surveillance outside his home. Police followed Castro after he left the residence in a white Ford F-150 pick up truck. As Castro headed into Fairfax County, Fairfax County Police eventually pulled him over and confiscated "a large amount" of cocaine.

A subsequent search of Castro's South Riding home produced a large amount of U.S. currency, a gun, a digital scale and "another large amount of cocaine."

According to a search warrant affidavit, police also discovered tax returns and pay stubs  in the home that led them to believe that Castro and his wife were living beyond their means and "could not support their life style without the added income that [Castro] was making from distributing large amounts of cocaine."
