Strayer University moves to Dulles Station East

Strayer Education recently signed a 12-year lease for 104,914 square feet at Dulles Station East, a six-story office tower located at 2303 Dulles Station Blvd. in Herndon. Strayer will occupy the top three floors plus 5,000 square feet on the first floor.

Strayer is consolidating its headquarters and administrative functions for the D.C. area. The company plans to relocate to Dulles Station East from its current headquarters in Arlington commencing in early 2010.
